Business Insight is an accredited Enterprise Agency, part of the NFEA. NFEA is a network of independent, not for profit, Local Enterprise Agencies committed to responding to the needs of small and growing businesses by providing a range of appropriate quality services.

Customer First

Business Insight was the first council body / Business Library in the UK to achieve the Customer First quality standard, that is awarded by an independent body and means BI has exemplary standards in customer care and customer support services.

SFEDI

Business Insight has 16 accredited Business Advisors who have all met the gold standard for SFEDI which sets the standard for leading practice in Enterprise Development and Business Support to ensure uniform national standards.

PATLIB

Business Insight is a PATLIB service, accredited by the Intellectual Property Office and European Patent (EPO) to provide impartial Patent and Intellectual Property services to the public and businesses in person and via the website.

UK Online Centres

Business Insight is a UK Online Centre that aims to provide everyone in the UK with access to computers near to where they live, as well as help and advice in using them, providing better access to services and online information.
